By creating an account or using CUET Path, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

CUET Path provides an adaptive CUET preparation app including practice questions, readiness scores, study plans, and related features. We are not affiliated with the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Accounts

You must be 18 or older, or have parental consent, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You may not create more than one free trial account.

Subscriptions and payments

• The 7-day free trial starts when you create your account.
• The 90-day plan grants access for 90 days from the date of payment.
• The monthly plan renews automatically until cancelled.
• All payments are processed by Razorpay.
• We offer a 7-day full refund from the date of payment. Email hello@cuetpath.in to request.

Content

All questions, explanations, and study materials in the app are our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce them without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account with others.
• Use the app for any purpose other than personal CUET preparation.
• Attempt to access other users' data or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Circumvent any paywall or access controls.

Disclaimer

CUET Path provides preparation tools and does not guarantee an exam score or admission to any college. Readiness scores and score ranges are estimates based on activity in the app. Students must confirm current eligibility, paper combinations, and allocation rules with NTA and the relevant university.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CUET Path is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email if we make material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
